Third World Country doesn't necessary mean that the country is poor but rather still in the development stage or progress

Usually these nations has a lot of things to offer specially in tourism and other industries like in Belize. It has a friendly people to Gringos, English, Spanish speaking, living is not expensive and has a very nice warm weather.

If your looking for a different and adventure-filled place try visiting places like Belize.
