For its scuba diving as well as its snorkeling, both of spectacular proportions, the Belizean coast that is closest to the Caribbean is currently known, the world over.

Known as the blue hole, just off the famous dive spot, is a one hundred and eighty barrier reef. Also, the backpacking paradise of Caye Caulker is of what the coast features.

There is also the more upscale San Pedro, as well as the laid back, one horse town located in the south, which is known as Hopkins.
